Is Rib-eye the Same as Prime Rib?

Well, this question is often asked by a lot of people. The answer to this question, however, is simple. As mentioned above, both are cuts from the cow’s rib. The difference is that the prime rib is the larger cut of beef and contains a bone. The rib-eye, on the other hand, is boneless and comes as a smaller steak.
